What to write about
- Corrections. A factual error in an entry, or a description that has gone out of date. These are prioritised over everything else.
- Suggestions. A hotel that clearly belongs in one of the four categories and is not yet here.
- Questions about method. How the index is compiled, how properties are chosen, how an entry was written.
- Property representatives. Requests to amend or remove information about a hotel you represent.
What we cannot help with
We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, confirm availability, quote a rate, or pass a message to a hotel on your behalf. We have no access to any property's systems and no arrangement with any of them. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly.
Replies
We read everything and answer what we reasonably can, usually within a few working days.
